Basic attitude in our psychotherapy practice in Biel
We therapists orientate ourselves on a holistic and integral view of human beings. We treat people with respect and value them. We regard the personal nature of each human being and are always open to perceiving our counterpart in its uniqueness.
The offer is aimed at people who are looking for support in the management of internal conflicts and life problems as well as in the development of their own abilities and talents.
The focus of the hours is the person with his or her nature, his know-how and his experiences. In a holistic approach, we want to work together to make sure that you recognize and change the conditions for their difficulties. In addition to eliminating discomfort, you can also work to strengthen their powers and resources.
This will help you rediscover more well-being and joie de vivre.
Some of us also use specific methods of body therapy. For certain movements and touches, conscious breathing, and a careful handling of one’s own body promote a deeper understanding of the symptoms of our suffering, lead to a new balance and expression of our self.
A therapy consists of changes and we want to help each individual to find out what they want to modify themselves.
Development and evolvement happen through the arrival in the here and now. The conscious experience of what we are and where we stand today.
Where we reach our own methodological or personal limits, we assume our professional responsibility and refer the person to a suitable therapy center or institution.
The diversity of methods, languages and cultures characterizes our team. We are in a lively exchange with each other. We are also committed to supervision, individual training and professional handling of our own self-experience and further development (see Charter).
My Life Was the Size of My Life
My life was the size of my life.by Jane Hirshfield
Its rooms were room-sized,
its soul was the size of a soul.
In its background, mitochondria hummed,
above it sun, clouds, snow,
the transit of stars and planets.
It rode elevators, bullet trains,
various airplanes, a donkey.
